1. Fill in the Shopping Cart and press the CheckOut button to place the order.
2. To modify (size, quantity), change the respective fields and press the Update Cart button. To remove, you will have to tick the particular product(s) and press the Remove Selected button. If you have any remarks/questions/special requests, you can fill in at the remarks field.
3. Next you will have to fill in your particulars needed by us to proceed with your order.
4. Once we receive the purchase order, we will check for stock availability of the requested products.
5. An invoice
(with the product(s) and shipping details) will be sent to your email within 24hours-48hours. Any orders that are not available, we will feedback to you together with the invoice. You can choose to either confirm the invoice or make additional orders.
6. After final invoice or confirmation of additional products, payment need to be made within 2 working days to secure your purchases. Stocks will be released according to payment received first.
7. Once we receive your payment, we will send out your package(s) within 1-4 working days
. If you have selected Self Collection, we will inform you once the Order is ready for collection.
For 1st time buyer, you will have to purchase with us a minimum of $300. You can mix and match all items, sizes and quantity. For following orders, only a minimum of $100 applies for every purchase.
Minimum Order Units
Some of the products have Minimum Order Units. For example Product X Minimum Order Units is 3 that means buyer will have to purchase at least 3 units of that product. One of the reason for this rule is to protect our retailer interest.
