1.How do I shop with DeShoppe.com?
DeShoppe.com was designed with our customers’ interest at heart. We try our best to provide user-friendly interface and navigation to ease our customers’ shopping experience with us. If you find any discomfort at all in using our website, please do fill in the
Feedback Form available to enable us to provide you with better services if possible.
You can start shopping almost immediately by;
a. Searching for Products with our Search Product field. Once there is a match, the product will be displayed.
b. Using the Product Listing displayed on the left hand corner of the website. By using this function, you will be able to view a large variety of products that we offer.
One can either click at
Buy or the
Product Picture. By clicking
Buy, you will only be adding the item into you shopping cart. You can still remove the item if you change your mind later. By clicking at the
Product Picture, you will be able to have a better view of the enlarged version of the product plus its descriptions. You can then choose to add to your shopping cart by clicking the
Buy button in the Product Details page or continue with your shopping elsewhere.
2.Is there a minimum shopping amount?
Yes. For first time purchase minimum order is RM300. Every subsequent purchase is RM100.
3.How do I add items into the shopping cart?
Just by clicking the
Buy button whenever you see them near to the item you desire and it will be added into the shopping cart.
4.Once I put some items into the shopping cart, must I buy the item if I decide to change my mind?
No, our customers are not obligated to buy the items if they change their minds as long as no payment has yet to be made. You can Remove the items by;
a.Go to
MyCart >Tick the product that you want to remove >Click Update Cart
b.Everytime you put an item into the shopping cart,
MyCart will automatically be
displayed, showing you the latest item added. You can then tick the product that you want to remove and click Update Cart
5.The previous login I have 10 items in the shopping cart but now my cart only have 7 items, Why?
Everytime when you login to the system, the system will clean up previous items that you have placed into the shopping that is now no more available or out of stock.
6.Can I make changes to my orders after payment?
Yes. If the final charges are lower than previous charges before the changes, customer will need to bear charges incurred during the payment process.
For example:
Payment Received : RM100
Total charges after changes : RM60
Different by : RM40
Payment charges 4%* : RM40 X 4% = RM1.60
Payment refund to customer : RM40 -RM1.60 = RM38.40
* Payment charges vary depends on services used.
7.Can I cancel my orders after payment?
Yes. Customer can cancel his/her order after payment but there will be a minimum charge 5% of total order price plus charges incurred during payment process.
For example:
Payment Received : RM100
Minimum Charges 5% : RM5.00
Payment charges 4%* : RM100 X 4% = RM4.00
Total Charges customer bear : RM5.00 + RM4.00 = RM9.00
Payment refund to customer : RM100 -RM9.00 = RM91.00
* Payment charges vary depends on services used.
8.I have registered as a member but I still unable to receive the activation email from Deshoppe.com. What should I Do?
Please check in your Junk mail folder and if it not there, please wait for 15 minutes as sometime email get delayed. If you still not able to receive the activation email, try go to the
Resend Activation Code page and request a resend. Please make sure the email address that you used for registration is valid. If you still have problem activating your account please write to us at customerservice@deshoppe.com
Currency
1. What are the Currencies Accepted?
Right now we only accept payment in US dollar or Ringgit Malaysia
2. Why I can't change my account currency?
Once your account is registered under certain currency, you will not be able to change to other currency. This is due to the cash rebates program will be fixed to currency you have set during the registration process.
Payment
1. How do I make payment?
Customer can either directly bank in the total charges to our bank a/c.
Shipping and Handling
1. How is the quality and packaging of my item/s when I receive them?
DeShoppe.com recognises the importance of shipping your items so that they arrive in perfect condition, and we use a variety of packaging materials to protect the products you've ordered.
Taxes
1. What happens if my country charges sales tax?
If you are located in Canada or UK and European countries, VAT, GST, local sales tax is applicable. This would be collected by your local customs agent and would be payable on delivery. Normally apart from the sales tax percentage, an additional brokerage would also be applicable.
Return
1. What is your return policy?
In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on earrings, nose rings, eyebrow rings and belly button rings once opened, unless the product is proven faulty. We are also unable to refund on customised goods.
After you have received your item/s, you can return any item except for the ones stated (please refer to the previous paragraph) to us for a refund (provided you have the ‘Original Receipt’) or an exchange, as long as it is unused, in good condition and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your item/s.
First, you must confront with us by sending us an e-mail first with reasons and explanations for your return and seek our instructions before returning any items.
After you have sent us the return package, please do inform us by sending us an e-mail. Customers will pay all postage costs incurred unless the product is returned due to faulty reason. Customers will also have to pay for charges incurred during payment process.
Please be assured that we check through all items before sending them out to our customers to guarantee satisfaction.
